- Delete Is now superseded by Template:BritishColumbia. Burgundavia 08:40, May 17, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep- Unless you plan on deleting all the pages that have lists of counties that also have a media wiki. Hey, let's delete the list of Canadian provinces and territories while we're at it! Come on now. This page is not just about the list, it should be about the structure, the history, etc... Earl Andrew 14:42, 17 May 2004 (UTC)
- Keep for the moment. We need to decide how best to avoid the need to maintain duplicated lists like this, that's unnecessary overhead. But that may mean a software upgrade, and we are unlikely to see this designed, coded and tested in the next five days. The mediawiki namespace is only new yet, and is being used in all sorts of ways, early days still. But very good point to raise. Is it already being discussed somewhere else? - Keep. Actually I'm less than enthused about the current tendency to turn every list into a mediawiki message. They have both advantages and disadvantages, especially if an article is on multiple lists (a politician who has held many different important offices, for example.)
